Refund Policy
14 days, no questions asked. If PaneTrans isn't right for you within 14 days of purchase, email hi@julineshang.win from the address you used to pay and we'll refund you in full.
Request a refund Opens your mail app with the request pre-filled — you just paste your Dodo order ID.
1. Who is eligible
Anyone who purchased a paid PaneTrans plan (Lifetime or Monthly) within the last 14 days, regardless of how much you used the Pro features.
2. How to request
- Email hi@julineshang.win from the email address you used at checkout.
- Include your Dodo order ID if you have it (it's in the receipt email Dodo sent you), or the date and approximate amount of the purchase.
- You don't need to give a reason. We won't argue.
3. How long it takes
We aim to acknowledge your email within 2 business days and process the refund within 5 business days. The refund itself is issued by Dodo (our Merchant of Record) and lands back on your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after that.
4. What happens to your license
Once the refund is issued, your license key is revoked. The free tier of PaneTrans continues to work normally — you'll just lose access to the LLM-grade Pro models.
5. Subscription cancellations (Monthly plan)
You can cancel a Monthly subscription at any time directly from the Dodo customer portal (link is in your receipt email). Cancelling stops future renewals immediately. The current paid period continues until its expiry date — there is no proration on cancellation.
6. Renewal refunds
If a Monthly subscription auto-renewed and you didn't intend it to, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we'll refund that charge under the same 14-day window above.
7. Outside the 14-day window
Refunds outside the 14-day window are evaluated case-by-case. We're reasonable; if PaneTrans broke after a Chrome update or the Pro models stopped working through no fault of yours, email us and we'll sort it out.
8. Chargebacks
Please email us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks cost both of us money and time, and we'd rather just refund you. Repeated chargebacks may lead to license revocation without further refund.
