Frequently asked questions
How does the AI receipt recognition work?
It is bring-your-own-key (BYOK). In Settings, choose an AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, Moonshot, Together, or a Custom endpoint) and paste your own API key. Then scan a receipt with the camera, import a screenshot, or use the One-Tap screenshot Shortcut — the app sends the image (or on-device OCR text) directly to your provider to extract amount, merchant, date and category. Your key is stored in the device Keychain and is never sent to us.
Do I need a subscription to use the app?
No. Manual expense tracking, statistics, budgets and multiple accounts are free. Spendlytics Pro (an auto-renewing subscription) unlocks unlimited AI recognition.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select Spendlytics, and change or cancel there. You can also tap Settings → Spendlytics Pro → Manage subscription inside the app.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Open the paywall in the app and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Where is my data stored? How do I delete it?
Your ledger is stored only on your device. Delete individual records inside the app, or delete the app to remove all of its locally stored data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The AI didn't recognize my bill correctly.
Recognition quality depends on the AI provider/model you configured and the clarity of the image. Try a clearer, full-screen screenshot or a different model. You can always edit any field on the created transaction by hand.

AI 小票识别怎么用?
采用自带密钥(BYOK)模式。在「设置」里选择一个 AI 服务商(OpenAI、Anthropic、DeepSeek、Moonshot、Together,或自定义接口),填入你自己的 API 密钥。然后用相机拍小票、导入截图,或用「一键截图导入」快捷指令 —— App 会把图片(或设备本地 OCR 文本)直接发送给你的服务商,提取金额、商家、日期和分类。密钥保存在设备钥匙串中,绝不发送给我们。
必须订阅才能用吗?
不必。手动记账、统计、预算、多账户都免费。Spendlytics Pro(自动续期订阅)解锁无限次 AI 识别。
怎么管理或取消订阅?
订阅由 Apple 处理。在 iPhone 上打开「设置 → [你的名字] → 订阅」,选择 Spendlytics 即可更改或取消。也可在 App 内「设置 → Spendlytics Pro → 管理订阅」进入。
换新设备后如何恢复购买?
用购买时的同一 Apple ID 登录,在 App 的订阅页点「恢复购买」即可。
我的数据存在哪?怎么删除?
你的账本仅保存在设备本地。可在 App 内删除单条记录,或删除 App 以清除其全部本地数据。详见隐私政策。
AI 没能正确识别我的账单怎么办?
识别质量取决于你配置的 AI 服务商/模型,以及图片清晰度。可尝试更清晰的整屏截图或换一个模型。创建出的交易中任意字段都可以手动修改。
